Digital Matters 360 offers the following core services:

3. Project Duration
Website and branding/logo design projects typically take 6-12 weeks, contingent on client compliance with completing set tasks.
4. Payment
Clients are charged an initial one-time setup fee. Following the setup, a monthly subscription will be billed based on required services.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or our default card payment system, which utilizes Stripe.
All subscriptions are billed in advance.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on our setup fee. Contact us if you’re unsatisfied within this period, and we will process your refund.
Since billing is done in advance, refunds are not typically provided for our subscription services unless there’s a prior agreement or under exceptional circumstances.
6. Cancellation
Please inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your subscription or service. Emails sent to [email protected] are acceptable forms of notification.
A notice period of 30 days is required to assist in the migration of the website.
